Bring the whole family and join the Wonders of Wildlife Educational Department as we bring you a great educational experience. These programs are designed for students’ pre-kindergarten through high school.
Each program will have a 30 minute presentation, games, story time, activities, crafts, take home worksheets and lots of fun! You can come and go throughout the event!
Thursday January 10th 10am-noon Braving the Cold
• Winter can be very hard on animals in the wild. Come learn how different animals have adapted to survive until spring.
Thursday February 7th 10am-noon Animal Relationships
• With Valentines Day right around the corner, come learn about how different animals rely on their partners out in the wild.
Thursday March 7th 10 am-noon Alien Encounters
• Invasive species are very damaging to the natural environment. Come learn how to identify and control invasive species in your habitat.
Thursday April 4th 10 am-noon Insect Mayhem
• With over 1,000,000 species of insects in the world, there are all kinds of crazy adaptations out there.
Come learn about some of the weirdest creepy crawlies from around the world.
